Building the future


Edwin Zu-Cudjoe is the Executive Director of Social Enterprise Ghana, the national network of social
enterprises in Ghana. These social enterprises include environmentally friendly and circular economy
businesses. Edwin is also a social entrepreneur and the Co-Founder and CEO of SocialFarm Company
Ltd, an agribusiness social enterprise that connects youth and women to solar powered irrigated
farmlands to form farm co-operatives. He is also founder and director of Ghana Chamber of Circular
Economy Businesses.


He has 13 years’ work experience in business development, training and fundraising having worked
with Voltic, Vodafone, Glo and Ansa Systems Ltd in various senior management positions.


He has a first degree from University of Ghana, Legon and an MBA in Global Business and
Sustainability-Social Entrepreneurship Track from Catholic Institute of Business and Technology,
Accra and Catholic University of Sacred Heart, Milan. He is also a graduate in Msc Development
Finance (SME Finance) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi Ghana. Edwin is a Christian who is married with two sons and loves reading and public speaking.
