JB Chong is the Lead for Dynamics Field Service in the EMEA Dynamics 365 Team (Europe, Middle East, Africa). He has been in the CRM & ERP business for the past 20 years, focusing on Consultancy, Sales and Marketing in: Supply Chain Management, Service/Field Service, Sales Force Automation, Marketing & Customer Engagement.

With 20+ years of academic and professional experience in the areas of intersection of technology and design, namely Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing, João has participated in entrepreneurial projects related to the processing and classification of biosynthesis and projects in the financial sector.

Jorge Graça, CTIO at NOS, has a BA cum laude in management at Universidade Católica Portuguesa and MBA at Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He was member of the Editorial Board of Dreamia, Administrator at ZON TV Cabo and responsible for all product areas, and worked also at Portugal Telecom and Boston Consulting Group.

Laurent Stefani is Managing Director of Cognitive Services at Accenture Technology, where he covers many areas including Natural Language Processing and Understanding, Machine Learning and Deep Learning, Virtual Agents, and Computer Vision.

Maria Manuel Leitão graduated at the Universidade de Coimbra's Law School and started there her career, teaching at the University of Economis. Permanent investigator at Social Studies Center since 1979, she became Full Professor at the University of Economics of Universidade de Coimbra. Along her career, she coordinated various investigation projects, both national and international, in the areas of Economic Law, Competition Law, Sociology of Law and Public Administration. Her political curriculum includes being Secretary of State for Administrative Modernization in the XVIII and XVII Constitutional Governments.

Miguel is CFO at Worten and has been a senior executive at SONAE since 2011, with roles as International Development Director and COO at Worten Spain. Born in Lisbon in 1962, Nuno Artur Silva was a Portuguese and Creative Writting teacher. He’s an author and producer of books, theatre plays, TV series and shows, in genres such as comics, poetry, comedy, children stories, documentaries and fiction. Rui Miguel Nabeiro is Board Member at Grupo Nabeiro, one of the major private business groups in Portugal. Susan Silbey, the current Chair of the MIT Faculty is Professor of Sociology, Anthropology, and Behavioral and Policy Sciences at MIT. She won multiple award also has written many books and her work about governance, regulatory and audit processes was awarded.

Tiago Fonseca is Syone’s *Chief Commercial Officer*, being responsible for  the company’s LOBs. He’s also a promotor and an evangelist in creating new strategic partnerships in Information Management, namely with Couchbase, Hortonworks and Microsoft Azure. With a strong background in IT projects, Tiago puts its experience into practice in different projects on the Retail, Public Administration, Insurance, Distribution and Logistic sectors, amongst others. Previously he was a founding member of Mind Source Consulting, in which he performed as a partner between 2007 and 2010, having also worked for Deloitte. As Product Marketing Lead, Tim oversees the go-to-market and product marketing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement in Western Europe. He’s a proud evangelist for the Customer Engagement portfolio, including Relationship Sales, Marketing, Field & Customer Service. In his 15 years in business, Tim has held several business development, sales and marketing roles in the Belgian tech industry. Recently he served as the CMO at Microsoft Belux.

Vítor Pereira doesn’t have the typical background of an IT Professional. About to enter his last year in Law school, the passion for Web Design took him from analyzing the Constitution to be the Tech Leader in the Digital Media Bureau at Universidade Lusíada. Soon he realized of the need to upgrade his programming skills having graduated in Multimedia Engineering by ISTEC, followed by a new position as Programmer Analyst for Gfi Portugal where he would come to perform multiple roles in the following 10 years: from Project Management, Pre-Sales Coordination, Microsoft Partnership Management and, later Account Management. In the last year he accepted a new challenge as the Director for the company’s FabLab in Lisbon. Given his passion for interface design and Human-Machine interaction he still considers a privilege to work in the space where design and technology meet.

Today, Anand is an innovation process consultant working on global brands based in Dubai.

His most recent projects have focused on combining emerging technologies with unique consumer experiences. This has included medical device companies, enterprise software providers, cryptocurrencies, bots, smart city initiatives and Islamic finance. He is also travels to GCC (including KSA) and other countries regularly to give keynotes and run workshops on innovation.

Recently, he was Chief Communications Officer at INSEAD Business School, at which he conceived and led the team to refresh the global brand identity. This included using design thinking on critical elements of the consumer journey leading to a boost on social media recognition from 15k to over 1M.

Because of his experience in innovation & branding, He regularly teaches the process to corporate teams and at global business schools such as in INSEAD, EHL and others.

An entrepreneur, speaker, and visionary in the web design industry, Beatriz Oliveira is the founder and CEO of BindTuning, one of the leading platforms for building modern workplaces for Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.  Actively involved in STEM education for youth and an ardent supporter of women in technology, she is a Microsoft MVP and MCP.

Catarina Carvalho is the executive editor in chief of Diário de Notícias, the oldest portuguese newspaper, now under a digital transition. She’s 46 and she has been a journalist all her professional life. She has had leadership roles at Sábado, Diário Económico, and the magazine department at Global Media, with Notícias Magazine, Evasões, Volta ao Mundo, Delas, Men’s Health and Women’s Health. She was also a a staff reporter at Expresso and Visão. Diário de Notícias has been one of the most involved media in denouncing fake news and media and tackling the desinformation problem and is now working on a project with Inesc to deal with them.

I am currently working as Solution Architect (IT expert and evangelist) at OutSystems and working closely with the sales team in the creation of proposals that present compelling technical solutions that adjust to the customers' needs and requirements.

Before joining OutSystems, I have been working for 10 years as IT consultant, responsible for the development and delivery of several IT projects.

Federico Guerrini is the EMEA Technical Lead for Microsoft Azure Networking and Security at Microsoft. He joined Microsoft in 2008 as a Technical Specialist for Identity & Access management. Prior to joining Microsoft, Federico worked as a security engineer, focusing on the emerging field of offensive security. Federico graduated cum laude in Computer Engineering from the University of Pavia (Italy) in 1999. In 2003 he received his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the same university. While he was pursuing his Ph.D., he was invited as a visiting researcher at the University of Toronto, where he developed compression-resistant digital watermarking algorithms for image authentication.

Head of Technology unit at InnoWave, has a solid background of 10 years as a full-stack Software Developer/Solution Architect/Senior DevOps Engineer. Jean-François joined Gfi in 2010 and has successively been Director of Microsoft Practices, Mobility and then Innovation. Previously, he ran his own software publishing and services company, before joining Unilog/Logica to take charge of the creation of new products and collaborative practices. As Chief Innovation Officer, Jean-François implements Gfi's innovation strategy.

José Ferrari Careto has a degree in Economics From Nova School of Business and Economics in Lisbon. He is currently in charge of the new Digital Global Unit, running a Digital and IT transformation program for the EDP Group. Previously at EDP, he was responsible for the Corporate Marketing unit and a board member at the retail company EDP Comercial and EDP Soluções Comerciais. Most of his career was built on the Telecom sector in several companies (i.e. Optimus, Novis, Sonae Redes de Dados, Oni and Maxitel) and as a board member at the national regulator ANACOM. He was Vice-President of the APDC, the Portuguese Association for the Development of Communications, and began his career path at CTT - Correios de Portugal, the Portuguese national postal service.

With over 20 years’ experience in technology, Manuel Dias started his career at EFACEC leading a R&D team developing real-time systems. Nowadays is an AI Ambassador at Microsoft Portugal, and in 2018, co-funded the new Data Science Portuguese Association, in which he is now Vice-president.

Member of the European Commission for more than 26 years, he’s a renowed specialist in the investigation area for subjects such as innovation, technology, software and internet of the future. He’s also responsible for the EU’s strategy for the cloud. Before joining the European Commission, he worked for 12 years in Portugal Telecom I&D Center. He’s graduated in Electrical Engineering, Master in Computing Science, post-graduation in Management and has also a certificate in European Studies.

Miguel Ángel Díaz, as Aeronautical Engineer, started designing components of aircrafts and helicopters.After that, for more than 20 years, he has been working on Software Editor companies such as PTC, TIBCO, MicroStrategy, in several roles (presales, professional services director, and key account manager). He has also worked for a system integrator as Business Developer Manager for Big Data. In February 2015 he joined Red Hat as BDM of the Middleware portfolio, which includes OpenShift Platform (DevOps) and Mobility (Red Hat Mobile).

Paula Panarra has been working at Microsoft for eight years. She started as the Marketing Lead, having responsibility on business market, consumer and digital. After three years as Marketing Lead she then followed as head of Marketing & Operations, having in her hands all operational activity, business development as well as the marketing investments. After that, she took the role of Public-Sector Lead, driving Digital Transformation in government entities and public administration. Paula Panarra has a degree in Chemistry Engineering at Instituto Superior Técnico and has more than 20 years of experience as a business leader. Before joining Microsoft, Paula Panarra worked for more than 15 years for multinational Procter & Gamble. She was responsible – first – for financial management, then she was Head of Operational Communication and Marketing. She is, since December 2016, the General Manager for Microsoft Portugal supporting customers with Microsoft mission to “empower every person and organization in the world to achieve more”.

Pedro Beltrão, Bizdirect CRM Practice Lead, is highly specialized and has a deep knowledge in Microsoft’s CRM platform (Dynamics 365) and since 2006 is responsible for the implementation of national and international projects. He was recently at the forefront of the exploration and utilization of the Field Service module, having participated in one of its first implementations in Portugal.

Ricardo Guerreiro is a DevOps Consultant and technical architect solution & designer at Noesis Portugal. With a passion for R&D projects, he has been focusing his career in improving and implementing innovative solutions, to solve any matter that clients might have. Ricardo has a Master’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering with emphasis on Architecture and Software Engineering from Universidade Nova de Lisboa.

Rui Quintino is Senior Architect & Data Researcher at DevScope and works with Microsoft data related technologies since 1998. Currently works on Data Research & Advanced Analytics team at DevScope, learning and evaluating Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence & data science frameworks and how they can fit & bring added value to DevScope products & SaaS solutions offerings.

Beyond data technologies, Rui also has professional experience in web, mobile & security and he likes to mix all of these to make the world a better place through the use of data.

Sarah Harmon, named one of the 100 leading women in Spain in 2014 and 2015 and the "Most Zen CEO" by El Mundo-Adecco in 2018, is the Country Manager for LinkedIn Spain and Portugal since 2013. Sarah has broad experience in technology business management, with a highly successful career in launching start-ups, new products, and new business concepts, as well as being able to positively encourage employees under her supervision. The majority of her experience has been focused on digital transformation, social media communication, business monetization, and employer branding strategy.

Sérgio Viana is someone focused on creating great experiences through the use of technology. Even when he was attending the degree in Computer Sciences at Instituto Superior Técnico, his main focus was on how to use technology to solve people’s problems. For more than 12 years he’s been working with customers, shaping their mobile and web initiatives and understanding how to design experiences on all channels used by people, every day - always powered by the Cloud.

Helena Vieira has been an entrepreneur for the past 16 years. She has founded a few start-ups and was co-founder and CEO (2005-2013) of BIOALVO SA, a Portuguese natural resources biotech company. Paulo holds a master's degree in Information Systems and Communication Networks Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico.

With over 20 years of experience in the Telco industry, in both national as well international IT projects, Pedro Gomes is now the IT Manager for Software Configuration Management Process at NOS and currently plays a key role in the DevOps/Agile transition. He is postgraduate in Information Systems at Instituto Superior Técnico and graduated in Enterprise Communication.

In the academic field, he has invested in Microsoft systems certifications, running several versions of Windows Server, Exchange, Hyper-V, SCCM, VMM, Lync / Skype for Business, Azure, Office 365 and EM + S. His role as a trainer has always been present in his career, working in companies such as CompTA, New Base in migration projects and Microsoft in the area of Microsoft Support Engineer - Azure AD.

An innovation and marketing expert and the founder of the Non-Obvious Company. He spent 15 years as a marketing strategist for Ogilvy and Leo Burnett. Nowadays, Rohit teaches marketing and innovation in one of the world’s leading academic and research institutions - Georgetown University, in Washington, D.C..

Rui Costa is the Technical Director of Identity and Security at Armis Group, with more than 13y of experience addressing critical business issues, helping clients following the world’s latest trends and best practices regarding Identity Management and Security. He leads this area of ​​activity at Armis Group,  developing implementation projects and consultancy in several countries in Europe, Africa and South America. His main concern and focus is to ensure the best relationship between the user experience and the adoption of the best security practices, while using the different daily work tools.

Steven Braekeveldt holds different degrees in Law and a Master’s in Economics. He has had a long international career in the financial services sector, both in banking and insurance. He held various management positions within ING, among others as managing director of BBL Hong Kong and managing director of Commercial and Merchant Banking at BBL/ING Singapore. In 2001 he became Executive Committee member of ING Commercial America, one of the largest insurance companies of Latin America. In 2006 he joined Fortis Insurance International and became responsible for Europe (9 countries). Steven is currently CEO Continental Europe Ageas e CEO Ageas Portugal.

Tiago Costa is a Cloud Architect and Advisor for the Microsoft Cloud. He architects and develop solutions using Microsoft technologies like: Microsoft Azure, Office 365, SharePoint, .Net and SQL Server. Working has an Independent Contract he regularly delivers consulting services and classes around the world on Microsoft Azure.

With 40 Microsoft certifications he is also a Microsoft Azure MVP, Microsoft Certified Trainer and MCT Regional Lead.

With a master's degree in Computer Science, Tiago Noronha showed interest in technology since an early age. As a consultant in Unipartner, he works mostly with Microsoft Azure, currently developing solutions for clients in different industries using ChatBots, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.

As Area Vice President (AVP) of Microsoft Western Europe since 2017, his mission is to help public organizations, partners and individualsto benefit from the current digital transformation wave and the innovation promoted by Microsoft. He brings morethan 25 years of leadership to his role, having managed multiple business groups across diverse geographies such as America, Europe and Asia, in mature and emerging markets, within different industries and for multiple audiences. He graduated in the International School of Business (ISG) in Paris, INSEAD (the European Instituteof Business Administration) and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of ChicagoBooth School of Business.
